We provide the assembled garland, along with the tools to hang it and some instructions (including a handy video "how to" for step by step instructions from Christina). No modifications to color or style.

Don't forget to add a Mylar Mini or fringe to your cart before checking out! Pick out a number or theme balloon, or add some sparkle to compliment your garland perfectly!
