Pricing provided below is for the RENTAL ITEM ONLY, and does not include the balloon/floral shown in photos with it. We want to show how the items look with balloons as usually they are booked with balloon, floral or draping, but we only are giving the rental rates on this page.

It is important to us to present clear information to keep us in check (we refer to this too so you have the same info as us), and so you know we’re consistent and trustworthy. Prices are the same for every client - it is the event circumstances and needs that change a price.

Rates do include set up for a standard indoor, easy to access location, and we have listed some rates that are for outdoor OR EXTRA circumstance set up. See more on this in our notes about outdoor, and service entrances, etc.

Our set up fee for outdoor rentals will be 40%, instead of our usual 25%. Pricing of rentals below starts with indoor set up pricing. Some note outdoor prices.

We assume you’d like to know why:
WIND, HEAT, COLD, RAIN, POOLS, lots of risk and added install time.

Wouldn’t you rather us be prepared than take chances? Answer - YES.

• Sun fades colors of our items.

• Moisture from humidity or rain warps wood and other materials

• We have to weigh everything a TON.

• It takes a LOT longer to get to the set up location, figure out how to set it safely, carry all the weights out, and get the job done.

• If it’s not summer heat, it’s spring/fall wind, or freezing winter temperatures our team is braving.

• Installing around pools & pool walls is above and beyond. It looks great when complete though!

• We have to consider the risk that an item might be damaged unexpectedly and will be out of commission which will create issue for it’s next booking.

For any event starting after 5pm, which includes rentals we must return for, will incur a $200 late night clean up fee.

This applies to all events held at venues on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday nights which require us to return that evening, 5pm or later, to take down.

Why is this? We need to send 2 people for safe practice, and pay them more than daytime rates. Most late night events go over time and instead of awkwardly billing you after, we’re letting it be and charging the fee up front.

EXCEPTIONS TO THE RULE:

• If you aren’t getting rentals/framing, and don’t need us to return, this does not apply.

• Events taking place Sunday-Wednesday, INDOOR ONLY, if the venue allows us to pick up the following day with some flexibility in timing, we’ll waive the fee. We must have an agreed time window scheduled prior to the event. All items must stay in place. If the venue is going to move our rentals, we’ll just need to come back.

• If you had the party at home, and pick up time can be flexible the following day or weekday after, we can likely schedule a pick up at a convenient time for us both.

• Anything outdoor, if the weather report calls for no precipitation, winds less than 15mph, and if we agreed in writing to leave the rentals overnight, it is possible, however we reserve the right to change plans if conditions become unsafe.

• We are not always available for next-day pick ups Friday, Saturday, or Sunday mornings as we may have other event set ups scheduled.

DIY clean up is not an option for rentals, nor is the venue taking our things down/moving it. Our staff will be the only ones to handle our rentals. If our rentals were handled and broken/damaged, the client will be subject to replacement costs of the items.

An additional set up fee will be added.

When we have to use service entrances, get things up into the 2nd or higher floor of a building, driving in cities with extra tolls, parking, and potentially bringing additional staff to meet a time limit… all of that costs time and money which isn’t part of the standard service or products. More time allowance from the venue may be necessary.

Minimum for New York City locations: $3000

Minimum for Philadelphia locations: $2000

Travel cost is in addition to the rates above. Minimums above include products and service fees.

1. Our rentals are intended to supplement our balloons & floral decor. We provide everything that’s needed to make the rental successful, we do the set up & take down and we take care of our things so they last. Our rentals are rarely used alone without balloon or floral installations, and are not to be rented for someone else to DIY set up on- that would be an additional percentage/rental due to the damage we have to assume based on experiences.

2. PRICING ON OUR WEBSITE IS ESTIMATED TO INCLUDE OUR STANDARD SET UP COST. This applies to locations with easy access - like the 1st floor of a venue/restaurant or house. One small flight of about 5 stairs is considered normal. A flight of 20 stairs in a skinny hallway and down a maze of more hallways, up/down an elevator or across a football field = EXTRA.

3. If you have your own backdrops or structures you would like us to attach balloons to, we’re charging a higher set up fee because we usually have to wait for the item to arrive, to be set up, have to help set it up, and are leaving our extra materials behind that were necessary to install the decor. We help you problem solve. Avoid extra fee in this situation and order our drop off options.

1. It’s eco friendly & sustainable! We are reusing all of these props & backdrops, not using them once and throwing things away.

2. It will save you a TON of time, and money! We have a van to transport our backdrops, a place to store them, heavy weights to secure them, and they already exist - your husband won’t have to build it and spend 5x as much on materials, and then buy a bunch of tools to do it with.

3. You’re going to receive a professional product that definitely works. We know all the tips/tricks to make things look good, and we’re going to just take care of it all so you get to have FUN at your party!

1. We know them, know how to work with them, and know they will actually stand and hold the balloons. Our stuff is RELIABLE.

2. We already have them! There’s no need to drop things off to us, and we’ll have all our stuff when we arrive so we aren’t waiting on structures to arrive or be assembled before we add balloons, etc.

3. It allows us to give professional service which makes you - and your venue very happy. Venues like that we return right at the end of an event and take everything, leaving the room as we found it

Tent, tables, chairs for guest tables, linens… and full scale event planning. While we can help plan the locations of our items, we don’t get involved in food, other vendors set ups, and full scale event planning.

We also don’t send our rental items out for DIY set up or take down. We tried this and items either come back in a bunch of parts, are missing pieces, are broken, or simply don’t come back at all, or finally do but are returned a month or more later. It just doesn’t work out for us.
