DECORATIVE RENTALS

READ ALL ABOUT IT:

  • Our set up fee for outdoor rentals will be 40%, instead of our usual 25%. Pricing of rentals below includes the 25%, so any rental rate outdoor increases by 15%.

    We assume you’d like to know why:
    WIND, HEAT, COLD, RAIN, POOLS, lots of risk.

    • Sun fades colors of our items.

    • Moisture from humidity or rain warps wood and other materials

    • We have to weigh everything a TON.

    • It takes a LOT longer to get to the set up location, figure out how to set it safely, carry all the weights out, and get the job done.

    • If it’s not summer heat, it’s spring/fall wind, or freezing winter temperatures. To suffer through it, we need to be paid.

    • Installing around pools & pool walls is above and beyond our regular service.

    • We have to consider the risk that an item might be damaged unexpectedly and will be out of commission which will create issue for it’s next booking.

  • A $200 fee will be added for events ending 7pm and later. This is not part of any set up/clean up fee, but is additional.

    Why?

    • We need to send 2 people for safe practice, and pay them more than daytime rates.

    • Most late night events go over time.

    EXCEPTIONS TO AVOID THIS FEE:

    • If you aren’t getting rentals/framing, and don’t need us to return, this does not apply.

    • Events taking place Sunday-Wednesday, INDOOR ONLY, if the venue allows us to pick up the following day (Monday-Thursday mornings). We must have an agreed time window scheduled prior to the event. All items must stay in place.

    • We are not available for next-day pick ups Friday, Saturday, or Sunday mornings.

    • If you had the party at home, and pick up time can be flexible, we can likely schedule a pick up any day.

    • Anything outdoor, if the weather report calls for no precipitation, winds less than 15mph, and if we agreed in writing to leave the rentals overnight, it is possible, however we reserve the right to change plans if conditions become unsafe.

    DIY clean up is not an option for rentals, nor is the venue taking our things down/moving it. Our staff will be the only ones to handle our rentals.

  • This will be charged like an outdoor service with a 40% set up fee (which replaces the 25% grouped into our pricing listed).

    When we have to use service entrances, get things up into the 2nd or higher floor of a building, or need to have a driver to park the van in the city… all of that costs time and money which isn’t part of the standard service or products. More time allowance from the venue may be necessary.

    1. Our rentals are intended to supplement our balloons & floral decor. We provide everything that’s needed to make the rental successful, we do the set up & take down and we take care of our things so they last. Our rentals are rarely used alone without balloons, and are not to be rented for someone else to DIY set up on- that would be an additional percentage/rental due to the damage we have to assume based on experiences.

    2. PRICING ON OUR WEBSITE IS ESTIMATED TO INCLUDE OUR STANDARD SET UP COST. This applies to locations with easy access - like the 1st floor of a venue/restaurant or house. One small flight of about 5 stairs is considered normal. A flight of 20 stairs in a skinny hallway and down a maze of more hallways or across a football field = EXTRA.

    3. If you have your own backdrops or structures you would like us to attach balloons to, we’re charging a higher set up fee because we usually have to wait for the item to arrive, to be set up, have to help set it up, and are leaving our extra materials behind that were necessary to install the decor. We help you problem solve. Avoid extra fee in this situation and order drop off options.

    1. It’s eco friendly & sustainable! We are reusing all of these props & backdrops, not using them once and throwing things away.

    2. It will save you a TON of time, and money! We have a van to transport our backdrops, a place to store them, heavy weights to secure them, and they already exist - your husband won’t have to build it and spend 5x as much on materials, and then buy a bunch of tools to do it with.

    3. You’re going to receive a professional product that definitely works. We know all the tips/tricks to make things look good, and we’re going to just take care of it all so you get to have FUN at your party!

    1. We know them, know how to work with them, and know they will actually stand and hold the balloons. Our stuff is RELIABLE.

    2. We already have them! There’s no need to drop things off to us, and we’ll have all our stuff when we arrive so we aren’t waiting on structures to arrive or be assembled before we add balloons, etc.

    3. It allows us to give professional service which makes you - and your venue very happy. Venues like that we return right at the end of an event and take everything, leaving the room as we found it
