How long do the balloons last?
We use the best balloons out there. When kept indoors, air filled balloons last for months and helium usually last between 5-10 days.
In the interest of conserving helium and hi-float, we inflate balloons based on event need. If you are interested in helium balloons lasting longer than your booked event, please let us know.
Outdoor balloon life is unpredictable but usually about 24 hours.

Can I put Grab n Go/Drop off items outdoors?
Once the balloons have left our shop, they are all yours to do what you choose with but we are no longer responsible for what happens and it is at your own risk. Balloons for grab n go’s or drop off are meant to allow you a budget friendly option, therefore, we aren’t paying attention to the weather, or preparing the balloons for wind or other elements. If you want balloons outdoors, we recommend booking an installation.

What is your pricing?
Balloon Garlands or Balloon Arches are based around $20-$28 per linear foot.
Rental backdrops vary but are around $75-$500. Your final price will depend if it’s indoor or out and what the item is.
Marquees are $40-$50
All Rentals and Installed balloons will have our 25% service/set up cost added. We take care of set up and clean up of everything we invoiced for when we’re booked to do an event. *Outdoor set up is 30%, in addition to city locations or when we’re using service entrances.
Travel costs are charged based on mileage to venues over 15 miles away, for each trip to your venue. If we are coming with rentals a second travel fee will be added. Local venues less than 15miles from us with a booking of $500 will not be charged a travel fee.
Your event quote will have all of these elements considered and accounted for.
Grab n Go and Drop off items are available to order online - these items do not include set up by us and will only be dropped off. Customization is limited. Travel fees may be added based on your location.

How long does it take to set up?
This depends on so many factors. It’s best to tell us how much time your venue allows. We can do a very quick 30minute or one hour set up time, but everything will need to be planned/prepared/ready to go, and we may need to call in extra help to make things happen.
Drop off orders will take about 5 minutes to set down, as they are made ready to go. *If you are booking a drop off for a venue, on a weekend, with a specific set up time window, we will be charging differently to provide this service.

Balloons of course! Balloon arches, garlands, Balloon Columns, centerpieces, sculptures and Helium Balloons.
Flower Arrangements - Options include Fresh Floral Centerpieces and Installations, Faux Florals added in balloons, Dried Floral like Pampas Grasses, and more.
Rental Backdrops including Flower Walls, Greenery Wall, Bud Vases for Flowers, Props like a Baby Carriage, Teddy Bears, Character Cut outs, custom made requests.
Signage options, Seating Charts, Logos on Swag, Levels of Event Planning…. so much!

My requires proof of insurance, can you provide that?
Certainly! We are fully insured as a business, and can name your venue as additional insured and/or a certificate holder. We will need the name and address they require to be listed. Our insurance company does this per event.

I bought balloons already, will you inflate them?
Sure, but we are charging you the same had you just gotten them from us, because we expect they are likely cheap, might be defective, and we will likely have to replace them, add to them, or doctor them up, so really we should charge extra.
We do not take responsibility for damaged products we didn’t provide though, and we can’t guarantee to have a replacement for something that didn’t come from us.
Stop buying balloons on Amazon. Not all balloons are created equal - believe us - we have tried them all. You just get better results with better products.
We hate garland kits from Amazon. They are garbage, and we’d rather not touch them.

Can we use your Rentals and set them up ourselves?
No. Reasons?
Our insurance doesn’t cover that.
We’re interested in our things being taken care of and lasting.
Things don’t get returned the way we send them out.
We need our things back right after the event because we’re likely using it again the next day or shortly after.
We aren’t in the business of renting equipment- we’re in the business of providing a service to make hosting parties more convenient.
