A few things about picking up:::

​

​-We expect to spend about 15minutes with you when you're picking up,

we have reserved that time to help you load your balloons. If you're late, you may have to wait.

​

-Pick-up orders do not include installation by our team.

This is meant to save you cost, so we made products that are easy to deal with and set up, with little to no experience required. 

​

- You need space to pick up!

One person should come to receive the balloons in an SUV, or Minivan.

It is best to have the backseats clear, and folded down, with a clear and open trunk space.

A vehicle full of people, car seats, groceries, dogs, etc. will not work out.

Any open spaces like Jeeps with doors off, or the bed of a truck are not acceptable.

Small cars, like 2 door sedans are not enough space.
